Throttle Position Sensor: Installation

Install the NEW "O" ring onto the TP sensor. Install the TP sensor on to the throttle body. Install the 2 TP sensor screws. Tighten the screws to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Install the electrical connector to the TP sensor. Install the EGR valve.

Install a NEW "O" ring on the TP sensor. Install the TP sensor on to the throttle body. Tight TP sensor bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Install throttle body. Reconnect negative battery cable. Install the rear seat cushion.
