The engine is running in Closed Loop fuel control.
The engine has been running for more than 1 minute.
The battery voltage is between 9-18 volts.
The mass air flow (MAF) is between 15-31 grams per second.
The engine speed is between 1,300-3,000 RPM.
The throttle position (TP) sensor is more than 2 percent.
The vehicle speed sensor (VSS) is between 33-120 km/h (20-75 mph).
The short term fuel trim is between 97.5-102.5.
The intake air temperature (IAT) is less than 35°C (95°F).
The startup engine coolant temperature (ECT) and IAT are within 6°C (10.8°F) of each other.
