Crankshaft Balancer Removal

Tools Required

  1. Install the EN 46106  through the starter mounting hole.

  3. Remove the crankshaft balancer bolt.

  5. Install the J 38416-2  in the nose of the crankshaft.
  6. Install the J 41816 in order to remove the crankshaft balancer.
  7. Tighten the center bolt of the J 41816 in order to pull the crankshaft balancer off of the crankshaft.
  8. Remove the J 41816 from the crankshaft balancer.
