Removal Procedure

  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.
    2. Fig 1: Locating Tie Rod Nut (All Wheel Drive)

  2. Remove the tie rod bolt.
  3. Remove the tie rod nut.
  4. Remove the tie rod.
