Installation Procedure

  1. Install the shock absorber.
  2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  3. Install the shock absorber bolts and nuts.

    Tighten:  Tighten the shock absorber nuts to 85 N.m (63 lb ft).

  4. If the vehicle is equipped with automatic level control, install the air tube connector to the shock absorber.
  5. Remove the utility stand from the rear axle.
  6. Lower the vehicle.
