Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the upper intake manifold. Refer to Intake Manifold Replacement - Upper .
  2. Disconnect the fuel feed and return pipe from the fuel injector rail. Refer to Fuel Hose/Pipes Replacement - Engine Compartment in Engine Controls - 3.4L.

  4. Remove the oil pump drive clamp bolt.
  5. Remove the oil pump drive clamp.
  6. Remove the oil pump drive.
