Removal Procedure

    IMPORTANT: Do not remove the belt from the air conditioning (A/C) compressor or water pump.
  1. Remove the drive belt from the generator. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement .
  2. Fig 1: Locating Drive Belt Idler Pulley

  3. Remove the drive belt idler pulley bolt.
  4. Remove the drive belt idler pulley.
