Diagnostic Aids

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2002 Saturn Vue. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.

DTC P2105 should not set by itself. Diagnose any TP sensor, throttle actuator or ECM internal fault DTCs that have set.

The engine will be forced to the idle state (1520 RPM) if this DTC is active. If another throttle control system DTC sets in which reduced power limp-home mode is the default action, then the ECM would take that default.
