DTC Parameters

Engine speed is less than 40 RPM.
Vehicle speed is zero MPH.
ECT is 41-212°F (5-100°C).
IAT is greater than 41°F (5°C).
Accelerator pedal angle is less than 15 percent.
Main relay voltage is greater than 10 volts.

DTC sets if throttle position is not in the range of 1.1-13.4 percent when commanded to the rest position (no current flowing to actuator motor) during a throttle relearn procedure.
