DTC Parameters

IAT is more than 32°F (0°C).
ECT is more than 176°F (80°C).
EVAP diagnostic is not running.
Vehicle speed is zero MPH.
No ECT, EVAP, IAT, TP or VSS DTCs are set.

DTC will set when actual idle engine speed is more than 200 RPM from ECM commanded idle speed for more than 2 seconds after ECM has attempted to correct the condition within a limited range.
