Installation Procedure

  1. Install the throttle body heater inlet hose.
  2. Use the J 38185  in order to install the hose clamps. See Special Tools and Equipment .
  3. Install the throttle cable bracket.
  4. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System .
  5. Install the air cleaner duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Intake Duct Replacement in Engine Controls - 3.4L.
