CMP RESYNC COUNTER on scan tool is more than 30 counts within a 256 second window.
MAP is more than 30 kPa.
Engine is running.
No cam DTCs are set.

DTC sets when extra or missing crankshaft sensor pulses are detected or time between notches is too long or too short.
