Removal Procedure

Remove the rear bumper fascia. Refer to Fascia Replacement - Rear Bumper (Aztek) or Fascia Replacement - Rear Bumper (Rendezvous) .
Using J 38778 , remove the push-in retainers from the rear bumper energy absorber.

Remove the rear bumper energy absorber from the rear bumper impact bar.
