Installation Procedure

  1. Install the liftgate strikers to the liftgate.

    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the bolts to the liftgate strikers.

    Tighten:  Tighten the liftgate striker bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in)

  3. Install the lower liftgate trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Liftgate (Aztek)  or Trim Panel Replacement - Liftgate (Rendezvous) .
  4. Close the liftgate.
