Installation Procedure

  1. Install the bellcrank to the endgate.

    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the bolts to the bellcrank to the endgate.

    Tighten:  Tighten the endgate bellcrank bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

  3. Install the endgate latch rods to the bellcrank.

  4. Install the endgate latch handle rod to the bellcrank.
  5. Install the endgate water deflector. Refer to Water Deflector Replacement - Endgate .
  6. Install the endgate trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Endgate .
