TCC Does Not Release

The following are possible causes and corrections for this condition:

The line limit valve is worn, sticking or binding - replace line limit valve.
The line limit valve spring is worn, sticking or damaged - replace line limit valve spring.
The control valve body is porous, damaged, or contaminated with debris - replace or flush control valve body.
The TCC control valve is worn, sticking or binding - replace TCC control valve.
The TCC control valve spring is worn, sticking or damaged - replace TCC control valve spring.
The TCC regulator valve is worn, sticking or binding - replace TCC regulator valve.
The TCC regulator apply valve spring is worn, sticking or damaged - replace TCC regulator apply valve spring.
