Installation Procedure

Insert the shift lever (1) into the shift lever housing.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

Install the shift lever retaining screw (3).
Tighten: Tighten the screw to 7 N.m (62 lb in).
Position the shift lever boot (2).
