Installation Procedure

  1. Connect the electrical connector to the ignition switch.

  3. Slide the ignition switch into the ignition lock cylinder case.

  5. Push the theft deterrent module (2), onto the lock cylinder housing (1).
  6. Install the steering column trim covers. Refer to Steering Column Trim Covers Replacement .
  7. Enable the SIR System. Refer to SIR Disabling and Enabling Zone 3 in SIR.
