Removal Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2004 Pontiac Aztek and 2004 Buick Rendezvous. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
    IMPORTANT: Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position before you remove the instrument panel cluster.
  1. Remove the instrument panel (I/P) cluster trim plate bezel. Refer to Trim Plate Bezel Replacement - Instrument Panel (I/P) Cluster (Aztek)  or Trim Plate Bezel Replacement - Instrument Panel (I/P) Cluster (Rendezvous) .
  2. Fig 1: View Of Trim Plate Bezel

  3. Remove the screws from the I/P cluster.
  4. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the I/P cluster.
  5. Remove the I/P cluster.
