DTC sets when fan control No. 2 feedback voltage is less than 4 volts with fan control No. 2 commanded off for more than 6 seconds.

Or

DTC sets when fan control No. 2 feedback voltage is more than 3.5 volts with fan control No. 2 commanded on for more than 6 seconds.
