DTC Parameters

- Engine running for more than 200 seconds.
- Engine speed is 2350-3000 RPM for M/T or 1800-2300 RPM for A/T.
- ECT more than 158°F (70°C).
- TP angle 22-40 percent (M/T), 8-15 percent (A/T).
- System in closed-loop.
- EVAP purge is commanded to 80 percent or greater.
- Fuel level is more than 10 percent.
- No CKP, ECT, EVAP, fuel injector, fuel tank pressure, fuel trim, IAT, idle speed, MAP, misfire, PCM internal fault or TP sensor DTCs are set.
DTC sets when average response time of lean to rich switches is more than 730 milliseconds (A/T), 625 milliseconds (M/T); or average response time of rich to lean switches is more than 1200 milliseconds (A/T) or 975 milliseconds (M/T). Condition exists for longer than 30 seconds.
