Removal Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2004 Pontiac Aztek and 2004 Buick Rendezvous. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Remove the headliner. Refer to Headliner Replacement (Rendezvous) or Headliner Replacement (Aztek) in Interior Trim.
  2. Disconnect the antenna cable from the antenna base cable connector.

  3. Remove the antenna cable retainer clips.
  4. Open the right side end cap from the instrument panel (I/P) to disconnect the cable connectors.

  5. Disconnect the antenna cable from the digital radio receiver.
  6. Remove the antenna cable retainers from the receiver bracket.
  7. Remove the antenna cable.
