Installation Procedure

    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
    IMPORTANT: Clean any existing corrosion from the battery cable and the battery terminal.

  1. Install the battery ground (negative) cable to the battery.

    Tighten:  Tighten the battery terminal nut to 9 N.m (80 lb in).

  2. Program all of the customer's radio station presets and set the radio clock to the current time.
