Test Description

The number below refer to the step number on the diagnostic procedure.

    This step determines if the high frequency condition is present.
  2. 4

    This step determines if the proper voltage is available to the Gas Mass Sensor/Mixture Control Valve (GMS/MCV).
  3. 5

    This step determines if the proper ground is available to the GMS/MCV.
  4. 6

    This step determines if the high frequency is being induced by a source other than the GMS/MCV.
  5. 7

    This step determines if excessively high CNG fuel pressure caused the GMS/MCV to produce a higher than normal frequency.
