Exhaust Pipe Installation - Right

IMPORTANT: Position the exhaust pipe gaskets with the tabs as shown. Failure to do so will cause improper alignment of the gaskets and result in exhaust leaks.

Install the exhaust pipe with gaskets - Federal Emissions.
Install the exhaust outlet bracket.
Install the exhaust pipe to turbocharger bolts.

Install the exhaust pipe with gaskets - California Emissions.
Install the exhaust outlet bracket.
Install the exhaust pipe to turbocharger bolts.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

Install the exhaust pipe to exhaust manifold bolts - Federal Emissions in sequence.
Tighten: Tighten the exhaust pipe bolts to 53 N.m (39 lb ft).

Tighten: Tighten the exhaust pipe bolts to 53 N.m (39 lb ft).
