Drive Belt Tensioner and Generator Mounting Bracket Installation

Tools Required
J 25033-C Pulley Installer
- Install the drive belt tensioner and generator mounting bracket.
- Install the drive belt tensioner and generator mounting bracket bolts.
Tighten: Tighten the drive belt tensioner and generator mounting bracket bolts to 50 N.m (37 lb ft).
- Install the vacuum pump - California Emissions.
- Install the vacuum pump bolts - California Emissions.
Tighten: Tighten the vacuum pump bolts to 22 N.m (16 lb ft).
- Install the vacuum pump pulley using J 25033-C - California Emissions
- Install the tensioner pulley.
- Install the tensioner pulley bolt.
Tighten: Tighten the tensioner pulley bolt to 50 N.m (37 lb ft).
- Install the left idler pulley.
- Install the left idler pulley bolt.
Tighten: Tighten the left idler pulley bolt to 50 N.m (37 lb ft).
- Install the right idler pulley.
- Install the right idler pulley bolt.
Tighten: Tighten the right idler pulley bolt to 50 N.m (37 lb ft).
- Install the schrader valve bracket (4).
- Install the schrader valve (3).
- Install the fuel injection control module harness bracket (2).
- Install the fuel injection control module harness bracket nuts (1).
- Connect the crankcase vent hose to the engine block.
- Install the crankcase ventilation hoses to the valve rocker arm covers.
NOTE:
