Cooling Fan Pulley Installation

  1. Lubricate the camshaft position sensor O-ring with engine oil.
  2. Install the camshaft position sensor.
  3. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  4. Install the camshaft position sensor retaining bolt.

    Tighten:  Tighten the camshaft position sensor retaining bolt to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

  6. Install the cooling fan pulley.
  7. Install the cooling fan pulley bolts and nuts.

    Tighten:  Tighten the cooling fan pulley bolts and nuts to 41 N.m (30 lb ft).

  9. Connect the camshaft position sensor connector.
