Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Cooler Cleaning and Inspection (California Emissions)

  1. Remove the EGR cooling hoses.
  2. Clean and inspect the EGR gasket surfaces.
  3. Clean and inspect the EGR and cooler.
  4. Replace the EGR or cooler if damaged.
