Service Intervals: Transmission

Check transmission fluid level every 6 months or at each engine oil change. On models equipped with 4.3L or 4.8L engines, change transmission fluid at 150,000 miles. On models equipped with 6.0L engine, change transmission fluid at 200,000 miles.
