Transmission & Transfer Case

Remove fill plug. Check oil level. Oil should be level with bottom of fill hole. Apply Thread Sealant (GM P/N 12346004) or equivalent, to the fill plug threads. Install fill plug and tighten to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
