- The actual engine speed is 60 RPM less than the desired engine speed for 13 seconds.
- The IAC position is more than 145 counts.
Manual Transmission
- The actual engine speed is 100 RPM less than the desired engine speed for 18.5 seconds.
- The IAC position is more than 145 counts.
