Installation Procedure

  1. Install the drive belt tensioner. Align the pin with the hole in the generator bracket.
  2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  3. Install the drive belt tensioner bolt.

    Tighten:  Tighten bolt to 41 N.m (30 lb ft).

  5. Install the drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement .
