Installation Procedure

  1. Install the A/C belt tensioner.
    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the A/C belt tensioner bolts.

    Tighten:  Tighten the A/C belt tensioner bolts to 50 N.m (37 lb ft).

  3. Fig 1: A/C Drive Belt Tensioner

  4. Install the A/C drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement - Air Conditioning .
