Water Crossover Removal

  1. Remove the drive belt tensioner bolts.
  2. Remove the drive belt tensioner.

  4. Remove the thermostat bypass hose and clamps.

  6. Remove the engine coolant crossover bolts.
  7. Remove the engine coolant crossover.
  8. Remove the crossover gaskets.

  10. Remove the water outlet bolts/studs (310).
  11. Remove the water outlet (311).
  12. Remove the thermostat (312) from the coolant crossover (308).
