Thermostat Housing Cleaning and Inspection

  1. Clean the thermostat housing.
  2. Clean the thermostat housing mating surfaces.
  3. Inspect the thermostat housing for cracks.
  4. Inspect the thermostat housing mating surfaces for damage.

  6. Replace the thermostat housing if any damage is found.
