Intake Manifold Installation - Left

  1. Apply a 2-3 mm wide by 0.5-1.5 mm high bead of P/N 97720043 sealant on the intake manifold mating surface.

  3. Install the intake manifold.

    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  5. Install the intake manifold bolts and nuts.

    Tighten:  Tighten the intake manifold bolts and nuts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).
