EGR and Cooler Removal

  1. Remove the air inlet tube to intake manifold tube bolt and nut.

  3. Remove the air inlet tube nuts.
  4. Remove the air inlet tube.

  6. Remove the rear EGR cooler bolts.

  8. Remove the EGR mount bolt.

  10. Remove the EGR and cooler.

  12. Remove the EGR cooler bracket bolts.

  14. Remove the EGR cooler bracket.
  15. Remove the intake manifold tube.
