Drive Belt Tensioner and Generator Mounting Bracket Installation

  1. Install the drive belt tensioner and generator mounting bracket.

    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  3. Install the drive belt tensioner and generator mounting bracket bolts.

    Tighten:  Tighten the drive belt tensioner and generator mounting bracket bolts to 50 N.m (37 lb ft).

  4. Install the drive belt tensioner.

  6. Install the drive belt tensioner bolt.

    Tighten:  Tighten the drive belt tensioner bolt to 50 N.m (37 lb ft).

  7. Install the electrical harness clip bolts.

    Tighten:  Tighten the electrical harness clip bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
