Cylinder Head Disassemble

Tools Required 

J 8062  Valve Spring Compressor

J 38820  Valve Stem Oil Seal Remover

  1. Use the J 8062  to compress the valve spring.
  2. Remove the valve keys (1).
  3. Remove the J 8062  from the cylinder head.
  4. Remove the valve spring upper seat (2).
  5. Remove the valve spring (3).
  6. Remove the valve (6).
  7. Remove the valve stem seal (4) using J 38820  .
  8. Remove the valve spring lower seat (5).
