Removal Procedure

Raise and suitably support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.
Remove the drain plug and drain the oil into a suitable container.

Disconnect the oil level sensor electrical connector (7).

Remove the oil level sensor.
