Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the instrument panel (I/P) bezel. Refer to Bezel Replacement - Instrument Panel (I/P) Cluster in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
  2. Remove the knee bolster. Refer to Knee Bolster Replacement
  3. Fig 1: Air Deflector Housing (Left)

  4. Remove the air deflector housing from the I/P by prying it out.
  5. Disconnect the electrical connectors.
  6. Remove the air deflector screws.
  7. Remove the air deflector from the housing.
