Installation Procedure

  1. Install the blower motor.

  3. Install the blower motor to the heater/ventilation module. Turn the blower assembly clockwise until the retaining tab locks into place.
  4. Install the blower motor insulating cover.

  6. Connect the electrical connector to the blower motor.
  7. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  8. Install the blower motor insulating cover screws.

    Tighten:  Tighten the screws to 1.6 N.m (14 lb in).

  9. If equipped, install the sound insulator panel. Refer to Insulator Replacement - Instrument Panel (I/P) in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
