Installation Procedure

  1. Install the air temperature door (8).
  2. Assemble the heater/vent module halves.

  3. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  4. Install the heater/vent module screws.

    Tighten:  Tighten the screws to 1.6 N.m (14 lb in).

  5. Install the heater/vent module. Refer toHeater/Vent Module Replacement .
