Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the water pump. Refer to Water Pump Replacement (6.6L (LB7) Engine) .
  2. Remove the oil cooler inlet/water pump outlet pipe from the engine oil cooler.

  4. Remove and discard the O-ring seal.
  5. Remove the gasket and clean the sealing surface.
