Removal Procedure

  1. Loosen the air cleaner outlet duct clamps from the throttle body.
  2. Loosen the air cleaner outlet duct clamps from the mass airflow sensor.
  3. Remove the air cleaner outlet duct.

  5. If equipped remove the throttle body heater hose retainer from the fan shroud.
  6. If equipped remove the inlet radiator hose retainer from the fan shroud.
  7. Remove the fan shroud retainers.

  9. Remove the fan shroud bolts

  11. Remove the upper fan shroud.
