Installation Procedure

Install the upper fan shroud.
NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
Install the fan shroud bolts.
Tighten: Tighten the bolts to 9 N.m (80 lb in).

Install the fan shroud retainers.
If equipped install the inlet radiator hose retainer to the fan shroud
If equipped install the throttle body heater hose retainer to the fan shroud.

Install the air cleaner outlet duct.

Tighten the air cleaner outlet duct clamp at the throttle body.
Tighten: Tighten the clamp screw to 7 N.m (62 lb in).
Tighten the air cleaner outlet duct clamp at the mass airflow sensor.
Tighten: Tighten the clamp screw to 7 N.m (62 lb in).
