Installation Procedure

  1. Install the fan pulley.
    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the fan pulley bolts/nuts.

    Tighten:  Tighten the bolts/nuts to 41 N.m (30 lb ft).

  4. Connect the CMP sensor electrical connector (1).

  6. Install the fan clutch. Refer to Fan Clutch Replacement .
