Installation Procedure

  1. Connect the windshield washer hose to the nozzle under the center air inlet grille panel.

  3. Position the air inlet grille panel to the vehicle and attach the clips to the edges of the center air inlet grille panel.
  4. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  5. Install the sheet metal screws on each end of the air inlet grille panel.

    Tighten:  Tighten the sheet metal screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

  6. Align the outboard air inlet grille panel clips and press down in order to install.

  8. Install the wiper arms. Refer to Wiper Arm Replacement in Wipers/Washer Systems.
