Installation Procedure

  1. Install the coolant recovery reservoir.

    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
  2. Tighten the reservoir retaining nuts.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the reservoir retaining nuts to 8-11 N.m (6-8 lb ft).

  3. Install the hose to the coolant recovery reservoir.
  4. Install the PCM. Refer to POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE .
  5. Add coolant to reservoir. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System .
