Removal Procedure

  1. Raise the vehicle. Refer to LIFTING & JACKING THE VEHICLE in General Information.
  2. Remove the front dampener nut from the frame mount bracket.
  3. Remove the rear dampener bolt and the nut from the axle mount bracket.
  4. Remove the axle vibration dampener.

  5. Remove the dampener frame mount bracket (if necessary).
